Clone stamping in a photo shop program. If you send me the file, I could work on it and get it back to you in a day or 3 (I am a bit out of practice- I don't really shoot anymore). Shoot me a message!
Yes photoshop is the way to go, but it is time consuming and tedious. Clone stamping would be a prime option although you have so many wonderful colors and shades there you will need to take care. So it becomes a lesson in patience. Also Picnik is a less expensive way to go ... http://www.picnik.com/ ... I know there are tutorials out there as a couple of people I know use that extensively. Just my two cents.
